No soap. No blankets. Not enough food or water. At least 5 kids dead. As more and more horrific details emerged about the conditions at Trump's detention centers, Physicians for Human Rights was on the ground documenting the medical and psychological trauma faced by asylum seekers in order to give them a voice.

Physicians for Human Rights screened this video at the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva.
